Exclusively from fully mature cattle, this popular cut delivers the robust, deep flavour found in traditionally raised beef. When properly cooked, the caramelization process enhances its natural, nutty grass-fed beef essence, creating a rich and long-lasting experience on the palate. A perfect choice for steak enthusiasts, our Côte de Boeuf has richly flavoured fat, which maximises flavour. For the ultimate texture and explosive juiciness, cook to medium rare and slice it thin. You won't be disappointed.

When can I expect my order?

Please note: there is a minimum order value of £70. 
Shipping is free for orders over £150.

Aurox Meat delivery times:

Please note: Deliveries are made on Fridays and Saturdays.

Orders are delivered via DPD on Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please note that Saturday delivery incurs a surcharge. Please place your order before midnight on Wednesday for a Friday delivery and before midnight on Thursday for a Saturday delivery.

When to expect your order:

If you order before midnight on Wednesday, you will get your order on Friday.

If you order before midnight on Thursday, and pay the surcharge for Saturday delivery, your order will be delivered on Saturday. (please make sure to clearly specify that you want to receive it on Saturday when picking delivery method in checkout.  Orders placed after Thursday Midnight will be delivered the following Friday unless Saturday delivery is chosen and surcharge paid.

All orders are shipped via parcel post to be delivered within 24 hours of shipment.

What will my shipping cost?

Shipping is £8 for orders under £150, and free for orders over £150. Saturday deliveries will incur a £10 surcharge. There is a minimum order value of £70.
