Our slow-growing chickens are raised over wildflower-filled meadows, where they live a long, natural, and happy life. The flavour and texture that these birds develop is incomparable to almost all other chicken.
While the 90-day Somerset Saxon chickens are a fantastic 'everyday' chicken, our 180-day Cornish Celtic cockerels and hens are the Rolls-Royce of chickens. Both types can be found in Michelin-starred restaurants in London.
