Shipping

What are your delivery times?

Orders are delivered via DPD on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8am to 7pm (Saturday delivery incurs a £10 surcharge). Orders must be placed before 10am for next day delivery. 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is £7 for orders under £100, and free for orders over £100. Saturday deliveries will incur a £10 surcharge. If Saturday delivery is not specified, orders placed after 10am Friday will be delivered on the following Thursday. We currently do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays.  There is a minimum order value of £70. 

Do you ship to the Scottish Highlands and Islands?

Please give us a ring to arrange for delivery via chilled courier to Scottish Highlands and Island postcodes AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM (ALL), IV (ALL), KA27, KA28, KW0-14, KW15-17, PA20-78, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-99, ZE (ALL).

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy for your convenience.

Return Timeframe

You have 2 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and call us immediately if the item is damaged, disappointing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and the refund has arrived in your account, please contact us.
