After trying the excellent Cornish chicken, was excited to give these steaks a go. Unfortunately found them to be below expectations. Not unpleasant but just very little depth to the flavour and the texture was much tougher than I was anticipating. Like I say nothing inherently ‘wrong’ with these steaks, just more in line with what I’d expect from the standard supermarket offering - which at the price point is clearly not ideal.

Just about the best steak you will ever eat

I'm not a full fledged meat connoisseur, but I enjoy tasting different types of beef (ex-dairy, different wagyu, USDA types, just village beef). This is hands down the best tasting mince I've ever had. Incredible
