Aurox Meat was born as a wholesale business right after lockdown, now proudly supplies ingredient-led chefs at restaurants and gastropubs such as Fallow, Manteca, Darby’s, Moor Hall, Portland, and Lore of the Land.

I’ve been cooking roasts professionally at a high level for over 20 years and I’ve never
come across meat that consistently delivers so much flavour.
