Cornish Celtics® roam freely over the wildflower-filled meadows at Lyons Hill Farm under the direct supervision of Mark Leatham, founder of Aurox Meat.  These privileged birds enjoy a traditional diet of coarse grains and forage amongst the apple trees. 

Unlike most commercially raised chickens, which are often slaughtered after just 46 days, Cornish Celtic® chickens are slow-grown for six months, giving them time to develop incredibly complex and rich chicken flavours, firm muscles, strong bones, and finely textured meat.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are delivered via DPD on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8am to 7pm (Saturday delivery incurs a £10 surcharge). Orders must be placed before 9am for next day delivery, on certain days only, please read below for more info. 

When to expect your order:
If you order before 9am on Wednesday and Thursday, you will get your order the following day. 
If you order before 9am on Friday and pay the £10 surcharge, you will get your order on Saturday. 
If you place an order between 9am on Friday and 9am on Wednesday, you can expect your delivery on Thursday.
