Aurox Beef is "aged on the hoof, as well as the hook." In contrast to bland commodity meat, our beef is sourced exclusively from animals that have lived a long and full life, rather than slaughtered at the end of adolescence.
Over the years grazing verdant pastures, our animals develop the deep, rich flavour that is a result of a long, well-lived life. Once harvested, the beef is dry-aged under the careful supervision of our butchers until it reaches the peak of flavour, and then shipped directly to your doorstep.
